Beautiful beach
Good location Beautiful beach Nice staff
- The room, bathroom needs renovation. - Last day we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. - Every day 8am started some loud renovations around the Mexican restaurant / pool area. - We arrived 10 minutes late to the Mexican restaurant (reservation needed) and the lady was yelling at us ‘You are lateee!’ The restaurant was empty. The rule is after 15 min the reservation cancelled if it’s no show. It’s unacceptable behavior! - All inclusive service average and lots of flies around food. - I’ve tried every morning the fresh juices in different times but always felt spoiled/ rotten taste. - Afternoon sometimes run out of mint so no more mojitos. - Better take your own cup/mug to enjoy drinks in bigger portions.

Probably the best value of money at Varadero
The property was clean and nice. A lot of space. Wi-Fi in the lobby, many pools with activities. Food was good - a lot of seafood & a selection of everything you may want - so something for everyone. Staff was super cool - they didn't get our wristbands away while waiting for our taxi, so we had an extra pinacolada while waiting ;)
The location is a bit far from airport, which makes it a bit costly to get here (40 CUC one way to/from airport). Also some refresh needed here & there but during our stay there were many constructions going on, so I hope it will be renewed shortly.

Might as well stayed at a casa
Animation team and staff at the buffet. Food level was more than decent.
Cleaniness. We found a cockroach in our room and the floor was dirty. The room looked like it didnt get cleaned for a long time. Rude staff at the desk. Customers who booked through booking got inferior rooms. The 4 o clock check-in was a sham, room wasnt clean and dont believe it was used before us. All-inclusive drinks meant free booze, only beer was worth it. Mojito was poored down from a bowl in which they put the mint and soda water and the glasses would get the rum.

Very nice hotel at beatiful beach
Very nice hotel right on the beatiful beach. Also the hotel grounds were very nice, clean, with 2 pools, bars, restaurants. It wasn't full season during our stay so there always were free chairs, also queues in the bars were short. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great vacation.
When we got room there was no cold water and fixing took almost 1 day. Internet access is only in the lobby bar and nearby. You need a card for 1,50 CUC per 1 hour but last 4 days of our stay there were no cards, I kept asking 3 times a day as they kept promising they would arrive. So better don't depend on internet access as we did when we needed to review our plans for the rest of our vacation in Cuba.
