- The room, bathroom needs renovation. - Last day we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. - Every day 8am started some loud renovations around the Mexican restaurant / pool area. - We arrived 10 minutes late to the Mexican restaurant (reservation needed) and the lady was yelling at us ‘You are lateee!’ The restaurant was empty. The rule is after 15 min the reservation cancelled if it’s no show. It’s unacceptable behavior! - All inclusive service average and lots of flies around food. - I’ve tried every morning the fresh juices in different times but always felt spoiled/ rotten taste. - Afternoon sometimes run out of mint so no more mojitos. - Better take your own cup/mug to enjoy drinks in bigger portions.

„wunderschöner Urlaub in schöner Hotelanlage
Direkt am weißen Sandstrand am Anfang von Varadero gelegen, hat dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge. Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Am Pool und Strand waren immer ausreichend Liegen und Schirme vorhanden. Am Strand gibt es außerdem die Möglichkeit, kostenlos Tretboote und Katamarane zu leihen. Animation war vorhanden, aber ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen und die Getränke waren geschmacklich sehr gut und die Auswahl vollkommen ausreichend. Mittags gab es auch die Möglichkeit an der Poolbar zu Essen. Der Service war unschlagbar. Alle Mitarbeiter kamen einem mit einem Lächeln entgegen, egal ob man zuvor Trinkgeld gegeben hat oder nicht. Der Hotelmanager Klaus hat immer ein offenes Ohr und ist sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Außerdem lässt er die Anlage immer wieder aufhübschen und lässt viel renovieren oder neu bauen. Man hat sich einfach nur wohl gefühlt
Jammern auf hohem Niveau, da wir den Balkon eh nicht genutzt haben, aber der Balkon ist ziemlich schmal, so dass man diesen nicht unbedingt zum drauf sitzen nutzen könnte.

Расположение близко от мест, которые стоит посетить, с других отелей дороже добираться, если делать это на такси например. Отель только для взрослых, что для меня важно, чтоб не было чужих детей. По сравнению стдругими отелями пляж очень близко к океану. Была в этом отеле второй раз в 2017 году.
В туалет поставить ёршик для унитаза, а то горничная раз в день приходит, а пачкаться он может гораздо чаще) в общем ресторане чересчур холодно, приходится несколько раз в день для употребления пищи приодеваться потеплей и после еды снова раздеваться. Ещё бы кошкам, которые в лобби живут, ошейники от блох понадевать, а то ноги до колена искусаны, если в лобби дольше 30 минут посидел. Вроде все остальное супер)
